A clear agreement for using Safe AI.
These terms govern your use of paulbegley.ai and the Paul Begley Safe AI membership service.

The service
Paul Begley Safe AI provides AI-assisted conversation and research shaped by a biblical perspective and approved ministry guardrails. It is an AI service. Responses can be incomplete or mistaken and should be checked before you rely on them for an important decision.
Your account
You may sign in by emailed sign-in code or through an available Google or Apple account. You are responsible for access to your email and connected sign-in accounts and for activity performed through your membership. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Membership and billing
The subscription price and billing interval are shown before checkout. Paid memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel through the secure billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access ordinarily continues through the paid billing period. Stripe processes payment information.
A membership may include a monthly AI-usage allowance. If that allowance is reached, the service may offer a complimentary extension or an optional one-time usage purchase. Any separate charge will be shown before checkout and will not change your recurring membership unless clearly stated.
Webinar library and news
The member webinar archive includes the past webinars identified as included in the library while your membership has access. Future webinars offered for separate purchase are added to your collection only after you purchase them; any member discount and price will be shown before checkout. A membership does not automatically purchase future events.
Webinar captions and AI explanations may contain transcription or interpretation errors. Webinars can include guest speakers whose views are their own. Check the recording and its context when exact wording or speaker attribution matters.
Latest News links to reporting from independent publishers. Publisher reporting, opinion, and advertising are not endorsements by Paul Begley Safe AI. Original reports can require a publisher subscription and are governed by that publisher's terms. AI discussion uses your membership's normal AI allowance.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, harm or deceive others, interfere with the platform, probe its security, automate abusive traffic, or attempt to obtain another person's private account information. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the ministry, or the service.
Important decisions
The service does not replace pastoral care, emergency services, or qualified medical, legal, financial, or mental-health professionals. Verify important facts and seek an appropriate professional when the situation calls for one. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Content and ownership
You retain rights in the original content you submit. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. The application, branding, ministry library, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or commercially redistributed without permission.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Safe AI reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features, models, usage allowances, and service providers may change as the platform improves. Material changes to pricing or these terms will be presented as required before they apply.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and cancel future subscription renewals through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements.
